Hello, i have a
MSI 729 Gaming 5 (MS-7919) motherboard
Intel core i5 4590
geforce gtx 970 graphics card
630 Watt power supply.
12 gb ram
2 tb harddrives

3 days ago my computer was running perfectly, gaming at 60 frames or over, watched the occasional stream perfectly fine. But then the following morning I turn on my computer and I notice that the stream I'm watching is "low frame". My internet connection was fine, but it looked like my computer wasn't able to handle the stream. Then later I was playing warframe and LoL, and the game would stay at around 30 frames doping to as low as 8. Again not internet because i tried a game like Dragon Age Inquisition and the main menu was already at like 25 frames.

I've cleaned out my computer, unplugged and re-plugged, reinstalled graphics card, defragged, scanned for virus, used a different power supply (same results), used ccleaner. I've checked my temperatures and nothing is hot.

I have no idea what is wrong, tried everything that i could think of, anybody have any recommendations?

I have tried a different power supply, a 650W, and ended up with the same results
