Help with Possible CPU Cooler Case/Motherboard Clearance Issue

Hey, everybody! Quick question, is the 'Dark Rock Pro 3' compatible with this(http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-PHANTOM-Tower-Black-PHAN-001BK/dp/B003WE9WQY/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1454611497&sr=1-2&keywords=NZXT+PHANTOM+ATX+Full+Tower+Case%2C+Black+PHAN-001BK) case, and the Z97 SLI Krait Edition motherboard? And, if not, which of the bequiet! CPU coolers would be compatible?

Hi, yep, both mobo and case are compatible with dat cooler, which support any 115X socket (1150, 1155, 1156, 1150, etc.)
Also, u will have 7mm between the side panel and the top of the heatsink...

Just be careful with ur RAM stick height.
