[Airflow] Does my PSU intake or exhale air? Does my GPU Cooler Push or Pull Air? How should I manage my Airflow here?

Well.. Heres my Items first:
Case: Sharkoon VS4
PSU: Be quiet Pure Power L8 530W
GPU: Asus Radeon R7 360
CPU Cooler: be quiet BK009 Pure Rock (?) (I hope that one isn't an overkill since my CPU's only working at 95W anyway)

So, first I am wondering wether my PSU takes Air into the case or would be Pushing it out of it. Taking Air in would be better as far as I know..
The same Question with the Graphics card, the Coolers should push the Air upwards I think.
Then the Air would go through the CPU Cooler to the left side into an Exhaust Fan.
If that isn't the case, then what can I do to manage my airflow here? Buy an other case?

Also, in the case there is a Fan preinstalled in the lower rear side. It seems like it's there to prevent heatspots.. Though wouldn't there come a heatspot in the area of the Optical Drives?

Solution
Back and Top = exhaust
Front and case window = intake
Those are the general guidelines. Also the PSU is intake. As for GPU fans grab air and push them into your heatsink, which then blows out the sides of it. So technically I would say that they're intake fans

If you have a ventilation grill on the case bottom , fan should always go down.

I never understood what one means with "the PSU fan should always be facing down in a bottom mounted case"
Shouldnt the Fan always let the air flow in the same direction, no matter how you rotate your PSU? Also, if you would rotate your PSU like you said, wouldn't the fan be facing right into the ground of the case? I don't think that it's good for the PSU to just intake air and blow it onto a wall..

EDIT: Oh wait! I see it now! The case has an extra Air Exit at the bottom.. Well, now it makes sense. Thank you
