First time building a pc, need help please

Hi everyone, i am building a pc very soon and i am ordering my parts today. i did some research on what i wanted and i just wanted a person who has experince with PC components or building. I going for a intel cpu and nvidia gpu. so if suggest different components choose intel for cpu and nvidia for gpu and the others i dont mind. I did some research and heres my list. Thankyou everyone who came to this tread and helped me.

Solution
^ zboards and non K processors will work, but are a waste, either non Z board or a k processor. To get the K is an extra 30 for the K and the extra for a cooler, so maybe 60 in total. I can't see where you'd shave a lot off of it to help bridge that gap.
