I'm thinking of buying the evga gtx 750ti sc version
I read on some websites that people were complaining about how noisy the fans are.
At least the ''FTW'' version is.I know it has two fans instead of one.
Can anyone tell me if this is true.Does the superclocked version make alot of noise too?
I'm upgrading from an Evga Gts 450(Good card up untill now)
but that card was quite noisy aswell.Almost like a vacuum cleaner.
I have a 1366x768 monitor but with only a vga connector.
Do you think i will run into problems playing through vga considering most games today use dvi or hdmi?
I read that 1366x768 should not be a problem with vga and it can support resolutions that are much higher but i would like to hear it from someone who has experience with this card.

What is the difference between a dvi-i>vga adapter and a normal vga connection?Does it affect the quality?I would think that a dvi-i to vga adapter has to convert the signal to vga anyway
So does it make a difference when i connect it straight to a vga port instead of using a dvi-i adapter. Some cards only support Dvi-D but also have a vga connection.
This card for example: MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC.It doesn't have a dvi-i connection and doesnt come with a dvi-i to vga adapter instead it uses Dvi-D
but it does have a vga connector.
When i connect it to vga is it alot different from using a dvi-i to vga adapter?Do you think i will be able to run current games on medium settings on a 1366x768 monitor?
Which card would you buy? MSI N750Ti TF 2GD5/OC or EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC?Price is almost the same.
Thanks in advance!

The 750ti cards that I have tried are all quite in comparison with more power hungry gpus. Both evga and Msi versions won't be very loud at all. There is no quality loss converting dvi to vga. You will be able to run games on very high or max settings at that resolution. I would stick with the EVGA one if the cards are priced the same.

Thanks alot for replying.I did some searches on this site and found out that there is no difference between a dvi-i to vga connection or a normal vga connection. They are both analog. Thanks for clearing that up.I will follow your advice and go for Evga.I've had good experience with my last card which was also evga.Pretty good for a budget card and i know the evga versions are the fastest gtx 750ti so..Thanks again!
