Ok, so after playing MGSV and numerous other games for quite some time, I have become fed up with a graphics glitch that seems to plague me (I'll link a picture). Certain textures in almost all of the games I've played (MGSV, Splinter Cell Blacklist, GTA V, Mad Max, etc...) have a "+ sign" shape inside of them. http://tinypic.com/r/24nfm28/9[/img]
It may be hard to see from the picture but little "+" marks make up certain textures. I've reinstalled drivers, underclocked, and verified the games caches to no avail. If anything, can anyone tell me what is happening or even what this is called? I haven't been able to find anything online about it.

16 GB RAM
1Tb HDD
Windows 10
Can run all of the above games at at least 60 fps on high-ultra.
