My computer has all of a sudden been shutting down randomly when playing games. I am not sure what the problem is that is causing the shut downs, and I can sometime get a 45 min game session in (CSGO Competitive Match). I have had my computer for around a year without problems until a month or two ago. I have tried rolling back NVidia Drivers, and blowing out as much dust as I can. I am planning to replace thermal paste on CPU and clean out dust and dirt, and possibly buy more fans for my PC. I have crash logs with no information that I can use from my knoweledge and abilities.

Our answer was a simple matter of loose cables!
Always make sure connections are strong!!!!!!
Hi there byshameless,

Do you get some kind of an error message?
I guess you can:
- Measure your systems temps.
- Test your RAM.
- Run some stress testing.
- Test your HDD: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
- Go to your MOBO's website and update all the drivers.
- If nothing helps, you need to troubleshoot your PSU. Unfortunately, the easiest way to do so is to just borrow one from somebody and try it on your system.

After running a CPU Stress test nothing happened, but after running a GPU or Graphics Card Stress test, my pc showed the symptom of shutting of instantly. I am running a ASUS/Nvidia Geforce GTX 760, and not sure if i can afford an upgrade right now. Do I need a new graphics card, or is there a fix? Also I have screen shots of my PC temps here: http://prntscr.com/9yolj0

I believe the temps are fine.
You have tried updating GPU drivers right?
I believe that faulty PSU could cause this as well.(when your system is doing something demanding) I think that it would be nice if you borrow a PSU from somebody and try it on your system.
