Hello. I recently built my PC and the fans were working fine. I just moved them around to make room for some wires and they are now closer to me. They are very loud and annoying is there a way to make them spin slower and produce less noise? Thanks for all the replys

If they are plugged in to mb headers then you can enter BIOS and change the speed [ unless the mb is junk ]
If they are attached to a 4 pin molex from the power supply then this works very well too
