Experiencing 10-20 Fps in Skyrim heavily modded on ultra. same result on lower setting. Slight improvements running vanilla. I have the game installed on my storage HDD rather than my tiny SSD, I was told that isn't the problem.
I have a pretty beefy rig, 4ghz CPU (AMD FX 8350) and 2x4GB GPU running crossfire (sapphire nitro r9 380) with 16GB DDR3 Ram on a decent MSI mother board.
Graphics don't seem to be trying, maintaining 60C temp on two cards. CPU are working within 5% of each other.
I have tried optimizing, changing catalyst settings, re-installed... I am at a loss and just want to play Skyrim with some half decent performance on what I think is a more than capable rig.
