CPU Massive bottleneck?

Hi, I have a system, that i got most of the parts for free, and it has a really bad processor in it, which is a i7 950, and i was wondering if i have having a ton of the CPU bottlenecking my GTX 750 Ti.

Bad processor? Lol, if anything i'd say that 750 TI would bottleneck your I7, not the other way around. If you can get that I7 to 4.4 or 4.3 then you'll be more than fine.

Lol, i thought it was fairly poor. I have a fairly bad cooler so at 3.6 i get to 70C onp95 small FFTs. But im not complaining, lol i got the motherboard, cpu, 16 gb RAM, cooler and 2 GT 430's for free.
