I know there are a bunch of threads like this, but i have a little bit of a special question.

So I have Windows 7 64bit installed on a 128 gb SSD.

Then I have a 500gb HDD with my games and majority of my files there.

Will reinstalling Windows wipe out all the data from BOTH drives, or just the SSD?

Also, I take it the games on my 500gb HDD will not work anymore with the Win7 reinstall and i have to reinstall games too? What about my other stored data in the HDD (like pictures and documents)?

Reinstalling windows will not wipe the data on the HDD. But to be sure you don't screw it up, I recommend that you unhook the hdd.

Programs may or may not work. Just depends. Media and documents will work all the same.
