PC blue screen at startup

Right as I get past the windows logo, it just shows the BSOD and restarts. I had my pc re assembled at a computer shop so that could have something to do with it. Windows repair cant find anything when repairing. Another thing to note was that one of my USBs wouldnt said that it was malfunctioning and the other was just dead. I think it could be the motherboard byt im not sure.
 
Solution
take power off the pc. as you had a shop work on the pc. open the case make sure the ram is locked in and the gpu is connected and locked into the video slot. look for any loose cables. if there are none pull the gpu and one ram stick see if you can get into normal boot if not use f8 see if you can get into safe mode see if the shop tried to reiname your hard drive and failed. if you cant get into windows stop and let the shop with you there fix it.
