Im a tall skinny frail body, and what I love about chairs is the tightness and firmess of a chair, hence why the DXRacer caught my interest, specificially the "formula series" and " gaming series".
The 'tank', 'drifting' series seem to wide by looks of my confort

their prices are honestly looking outstanding for what there reputation seem to be (Saw no negative comments)
does anyone own one of these, what are your experiences, Pros and cons?
what series and model would you reccomend me for a nice comfy firm experience?

The cushioning in the seat is definitely stiffer than I thought I wanted when first sitting in it. I was coming from an ultra soft that was actually sold as a "couch chair" at the time. :) So it's a hard thing to describe but yes, I guess more like a car seat would be accurate ... a bucket seat. Again though, I found after the first day that the cushioning was just fine.

I actually emailed them about the cushions before purchase asking that too. Almost 3 months ago now so subject to change I guess, but their reply stated that both neck and lumbar cushions are included with all. They don't show them in all photos to show the chairs off as well. That said I immediately removed the lumbar cushion since it felt like it pushed me...

A little different on body type and seat desires ... but anyway. Bought mine in November and love it! Scary to buy a chair without sitting in it but finally took the gamble. I'm 6'4 220 so not much of a weight problem. Due to back and neck issues, I am forced to slouch more than I should but it's the only way I can sit more than 30 minutes. I bought a KX 06 which is not the "snug" style.

After the first hour or 2, I thought oh no, I've made a horrible expensive mistake! :) It felt reasonably comfortable but everything in my body hurt. I think it was both getting used to sitting at least a little more properly and I made a couple slight adjustments to the chair setup. (lowered it a little and leaned it back a notch) I've loved it ever since. I spend 10-12 hours in it most days and I'd buy another in a heartbeat. The seat itself feels quite firm on first sit but the cushioning is actually fine to my taste. I am glad I went with the non snug so my legs can go to more different positions, but that's a personal preference.

I'll try to answer any other questions but I'm very happy. It's a great chair and just hoping the life is long now. :)

interesting, good to hear,
Im worried about the overall cushioning on the 'seating' part
is it comfy and soft or is it hard like a typical car seat?
Also ive looked up the kx 06, it has a bit of width, is it possible with your knowledge to reccomend me a series that is a bit narrower, since I love chairs that "hug" me, I beleive the formula series is what I should be looking at, but im not to sure since the "racing series" looks very identical...
also another question, some pictures on their official website show no signs of cushions added, is it added in the package or do i have to buy it separetely?

thanks

The back alone still gives good support I think. The neck one is kind of nice but a bit too low for my height.

On the snugness. I threw away my research notes after the purchase and I just can't remember the classification letter/number. There is one character in their model numbering that specifies the height above the seat of those side thigh wings. I think it might be the second letter, so the X in my kx06 but I'm just not sure. You should check with them on that to be sure. I did and got a quick and succinct answer. You're right that my kx06 has the low side wings which is what I wanted. I can actually slide a leg off to the side for a new position for a while.

:)

hey just recieved it today, took me an hour to assemble, very simple to build and assemble etc...
the cushioning is superb ( lumbar and head cushion), the recline goes pretty darn far, but i havent really used its full function, the lumbar really seems to support my lower back, however after 4 hours sitting on it with no break, its kinda sore (however I do have a weak lower back to begin with)

overall its an outstading chair,
my only two complaints, is that the colour orange isnt as vibrant as it was advertised, however i can deal with it...
also the armrest cannot go back and forth , however once again i can live with it,
for 320$ its insane how I feel more comfortable then sitting on my old 1500$ herman miller mesh chair
the fact that you can add/remove cushions is a nice feat from dxracer, would defs reccomend the racing series for a frail body type like me
