PSU for GTX 580. Need help.

Hi there. My recent PSU just died and I am going to buy a new one.

My Specs are:
Core i3 540
GTX580 1.5GB
Intel DH55PJ mobo
1 TB HDD
4GB Ram

My last PSU was Cooler master EX2 625Watts, and now i wish to buy a better one. I found this and its good for my budged

I dont know much about the 12v Rails etc and I would like you to tell me is this a good PSU for the specs I have ?

Im not good at picking hardwares like PSUs at all.

They're obviously not top notch, but they aren't bad neither (the 600B).

Only downsides are a low hold-up time and that they're not Haswell ready, but then again OP is running an i3 540 and i have seen people with non-Haswell-ready PSU running Haswell cpus without any problems.

For $35 you won't find something better, and i bet not even for $60.

I have an XFX 750 TS GOLD and i'm about to change it for a rebranded Superflower because it's unbeareable under load, i can clearly hear it over a reference gtx 680 with it's fan profile set at 60% (2550rpm) all the time and a Noctua NH-C14 operating at full speed all the time. I think i read the XFX generates about 65DB under moderate load.

No, the fan is not faulty. It's just how Seasonic (these are Seasonic units) sets their fan curves, as soon as the PSU reaches about 40 or 50% load the fan ramps up to the maximum i think.
