A10 7850k dual graphics HD 7750

Hey everyone. Maybe someone can answer me this.
I have an A10 7850k APU and i used a Sapphire HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 laying around to crossfire. In the AMD catalyst is recognized, and in games the dual graphics icon appears. But does it really work?

I don't know for sure. I'm guessing that the discrete card becomes the master/main GPU, just like when using Crossfire; the main card is the only one that produces a video signal.

Btw, the discrete card is AMD's preferred place to connect your monitor, anyway.
