Will my CPU/motherboard work okay with a GTX 750 Ti or GTX 960 ?

Hello there,

I'm looking to get another year or so's worth of gaming out of my now rather antiquated rig and I was wondering if a GTX 750 Ti (2gb) or GTX 960 (4gb) would give me a significant boost. I'm mainly worried about the motherboard/CPU bottlenecking any potential gains.

Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2P (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3451#ov)
AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 Ghz
500w PSU
GTX 560 (non-Ti)
8gb RAM

Thank you very much for your time!

you could get a a gpu in the middle just to be safe (r9 370 or gtx 950) the 370 has a 4gb option if you would like

on side note the r9 380 will outperform 960 for less money
