I have a OnePlus X and there is a problem I want to fix. Idk if it's hard or soft bricked.

SOOOO I may had accidently removed the entire OxygenOS on my phone and I had TWRP but, it wasn't the right version since I won't install 2.1.3 OxygenOS (Tried with 2.2.0 too) instead, it shows with an error
"error executing updater binary in zip"
so I wanted to install the right TWRP (it was modified for OPX) but I can't
I have ADB and Fastboot on my computer and when I tried to do
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img, it came up with a error message saying this:
FAILED (remote: Device not unlocked cannot flash or erase)
so i'm stuck. I don't know how to unlock my bootloader since I don't have a OS and I don't have the right TWRP and when I launch TWRP, my computer can access my phone like control the storage and stuff like that so, is there anyway to fix it like how Samsung phones use Odin, is there any program to use to flash Oxygen 2.1.3 on it without TWRP?

Follow this guide at the OnePlus forums to unlock your Bootloader. The unlocking process does not depend on your recovery or installed OS.
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/guide-onyx-how-to-unlock-bootloader-install-custom-recovery-root-take-efs-backup-more.401713/

Once unlocked, you can run fastboot commands and replace your existing recovery with right one. You can then install custom ROMs like CyanogenMod.
