I just got this GPU last night, replaced my PSU with a EVGA 600 watt, and everything was running PERFECTLY! I was running games in ultra at 60fps and things were going smoothly.

I got home after work tonight about 2 hours ago, restarted my PC, and then all of the sudden my monitor stayed black. I did almost everything you can think of (restarted the PC many times, Took out GPU and put back in, Ran safe mode and disabled my Intel Graphics) you name it.

NO LUCK. I haven't had this GPU for a whole 24 hours and i cant seem to get a signal anymore. It was working fine when i got home 2 hours ago, but when i restarted it, the screen just stayed blank.

I even called EVGA tech support, we ran through a few possibilities, I took out the mobo battery to reset the BIOS, nothing happened.... He then told me to return it to amazon and left it at that.

i cant help but to believe there is some fix for this, please someone shed some light on this! my specs are below:

Dell OptiPlex 790
Intel Core i5 2400 quad core 3.1ghz
windows 7 professional 64-bit
4gb RAM

I'd have to agree with the tech. I happen to have a Optiplex 790 SFF (win7 x64) with an i5-2400 and a low profile GTX 750 Ti myself. (I realize you have the mini tower, tho). But I'm running the GTX 750 Ti on the stock Dell 240W PSU with no issues. So if it worked before, it should work now.

Do you have another card you can try? A friend's PC you can try the card in?
Does the integrated video still work (to verify the monitor or cable is not the culprit)?

I presume you mean you have a display now. If so, I can only assume the card is dead since it worked before... and another card in the same slot works.
