Nice job picking out the parts . Now one thing to keep in mind , is the processor . Its practically 3 cores and 6 threads . Or however you want to think about it . But I bought it , put my system togethor . Used my r9 290 ran everything in ultra . I noticed my games stuttered . Until I purchased the fx 8320e . Soo Stroh straight that processor will stutter . What games are you going to play ?

Better CPU and power supply. Intel core performance beats AMD.

archaig build is nice. it will also allow you to stream league/csgo if youre intrested into that. nevertheless a quad core i5 is really nice to have. hwoever i would swap the mobo for an asus z97p

look up the benchmarks frmo the i5 4460 with an r9 380 you wont be dissapointed

Archaic build is good . But the budget is defeated . I would personally pick up a skylake motherboard and cpu. An I3 should pair well with the r9 380 4gb . Asrock is usually very low quality material and products

It's embarrassing to say but just for Simcity, Cities: skylines, and a bit of CAD/Revit

The original AMD build is not good . The motherboard is weak, wont support overclocking to any degree and will hinder hard drive performance . The 430 watt psu is inadequate to power the graphics card .
This is cheaper and better
