Hello and thank you for reading and responding, this has been a huge pain for quite some time now and at least 25 hours have gone into attempting to fix this issue.

With the help of my friends i have built this computer:

AMD FX(tm)-9590 Eight-Core Processor 4.72 GHz
16.0 GM RAM (2 8 sticks)
750w power supply
Crosshair-V Formula-Z Asus Motherboard
AMD Radeon (TM) R9 Fury Series (I have the Fury X and i'm running it on 3 monitors via "Display Cables" instead of HDMI) (Also, my friend bent the ribbon about 90 degrees at one point, does this effect it?)

EDIT: Since i posted this yesterday I replaced the 750w power supply with a 1200w power supply by Thermaltake. Gold rated.
After replacement : Froze During Prime 95 Benchmark test as soon as it got to 2 CPU 2 Workers, Before that it passed 4 Tests in 22 minutes for Stress testing Full power consumption and Full CPU usage.

My friend installed all the graphics and motherboard drivers for me. He oversees IT at the local area school district and knows his computers to a decent degree i would imagine.

I often play Starcraft 2 and Heroes Of The Storm. It freezes when i play these although i cannot say it ONLY freezes when i play these.

When the screen turns black for a couple seconds it returns as normal 2-3 seconds after, and it freezes at a different time, not when it turns black for a moment.

Today i replaced both the 8gb ram sticks and it is still freezing about once per hour of gaming.

My temperature on my watercooled cpu is about 15-20 degrees celcius on average, it does not appear to be too hot.

If there is any more information i can provide you please post and i am eager to provide the information.

Can you post your GPU temps? also what resolution are those 3 monitors running? maybe its because your GPU VRAM is too low for resolutions like 1440p, so may you should try first to unplug 3 monitors and play on one only, so you can see if the problem is in GPU or in your monitor. I think that your system also may have some virus in it, so you should consider backing up important files and rebooting your system/defragmating your whole drives. But maybe it can be something else, so first send me the info of GPU temps and the resolution, also send me the exact name of your GPU(can be found on NZXT Cam 3.0 software).
