ok so i feel like my cpu is bottle necking my gpu, in csgo im only getting around 80-120 frames on 1600x900 low settings anyone have any clue to what is happening i feel like my computer should be running better than this and on arma same problem i get 20-30 frames on 1600x900. When ever i lower my settings it does not even move my fps up but it moves it down some times. please help
