Solution
I could fix it! It was accidentally ... Turn off and turned on very quickly switch the power source, that quickly so the PC dont have time to reboot. Obviously PC must be turned on while u switching. So this way I could go bios and Windows. I hope you find it useful. Aparently need some power cut... Make sure that your components not overheating, mostly CPU, etc.

Probably its leak of electricity or some source of heatsinks problem... Making those componets who keep estability of your electricity manegment fail and overheat.

PD: Make this sticky! I tried everything and that was the fix lol.

Aditional Edit: Also the good thing to do is restart BIOS. Unplug all power and Take the battery for 10 min (u can try Jumper)...
