Hi, this is my blue screen's screenshot http://postimg.org/image/8w3rfc8th/

And this is my BSOD viewer, ntoskrnl.exe+731a9, http://postimg.org/image/ktzfgd5pd/

Recently, I just reformatted my laptop, W7, bit 64, 4GB and installed tons of recommended windows updates. I'm using bit defender which I heard it might be one of the BSOD problems. Thanks.

Update your motherboard drivers and bios if possible, but first uninstall bitdefender, once you have updated then reinstall it. Also you might want do a search on this forum with regard to ntoskrnl.exe bsod errors, so many variants right now.

Thank you! I did read some Q & A on this forum but there were different code like ntoskrnl.exe+xxxxx than mine so I wasn't so sure.
