Hello. My price range is somewhere 140-150 euros and I want a mobo that will be able to overclocking my 6600k (be quiet dark rock 3 cooler) to around 4.5, 4.6. I'm thinking about either asus z170-a or asrock z170 extreme4. I don't need any fancy features. Which one is better for overclocking?

I personally would go with the asus- they are good quality and have great performance, but both can overclock extremely well, you shouldnt run into any motherboard bottlenecks for overclocks. I would go with the one with the best price where you are, and then spend the extra money on buying better ram.
