Hello I have network 100mbps and downloading I get 11mb/s if I gonna use 200mbps powerline how much the download speed going to be decreased???

cant really give you a figure guess its dependent on the quality of the wiring

There are so many other factors we can't say. I went from 200 to 500 and it made no difference
