Any suggestions on how I can get better performance while sticking to the £700 or lower budget. Also is there anything I can do without? Thanks

This PC is more balanced and has cool features. The locked Skylake i5 can be overclocked using Asrock's Sky OC. R9 390 would be a better AND cheaper choice than the GTX 970. The B power supplies are poor quality which is why I replaced it with a high quality solid G2 unit.
