Hello, I am looking to get either one of these and wanted to get your insight on which one I should get. I am looking for silence and cooling potential and I am also going to do an ITX build. Thanks.

Go for the H100i, but keep in mind that if you don't make a custom profile for the fans on it, it WILL make more noise than a jet engine once it ramps up the fans.
