Which PC Would be Better?

I am currently doing some research on used computers and i found 3 deals that seem amazing to me. I live in Canada so my currency is Cad (Canadian Dollar). As of right now i have a budget of $350-$450.

First Deal:

CPU: Intel i3 4130 Dual Core 3.4GHz Processor
Motherboard: Asus H87-Plus LGA1150 Chipset Motherboard
RAM: Ballistic 4GB DDR3 Ram
GPU: Radeon HD 7950 Graphics Card
Hard Drive: Seagate 1TB Hard Drive
PSU: Corsair CX750 80+ Bronze Certified Power Supply
Price: $450

Second Deal:

CPU: Intel i3 3220 Dual Core
Motherboard: Asrock H61M-DP3
RAM: 8GB of DDR3 @ 1333MHz
GPU: Zotac GTX 660 2GB
Hard Drive: Seagate Enterprise Grade 500GB
PSU: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified
Price: $375

Third Deal

CPU: Intel core i7 4770 quad 3.4ghz processor
Motherboard: asus B85M-E motherboard
RAM: 8gb of corsair memory (2x 4gb)
GPU: None. i can add one in the future
Hard Drive: 500gb Seagate hdd
PSU: 620W antec power supply
Price: $450

I need to know which one would be the best "bang for the buck" PC. Thanks!!

I'd easily go with 3rd build, both 1st and 2nd build has poor quality power supply, and that too used ones.

The i7 has the best CPU and PSU. It won't do much gaming until you get a GPU but it's still the best pc you listed.

Third deal seems to be the best for me, but i would change the PSU if i'm allowed to do that.

PS: Try if you can buy each component individually, maybe its cheaper.
