can i play far cry 4 on i3 4010 gpu 1.7 ghz

Solution
Are you are talking about playing on the i3's integrated graphics instead of a discrete GPU? If so I think the answer is probably no. Far Cry 4 is a pretty demanding game.

To have any chance of playing it at all you would probably need to run at the lowest settings and a low resolution like 1280x720. Even then I'm not sure the framerate would be playable.

The system requirements list a GTX 460 or Radeon HD5850 as the minimum GPU.

It is very unlikely. Your talking about a laptop here, first of all. Your i3 is probably not good enough, especially a 3rd gen mobile one. I would suggest an i7 mobile at least, or maybe an i5 that has a high clock speed. What about your gpu? With the integrated graphics, you will not be able to run at any resolution, and even if you were to use a dedicated one, the best you can get for such a laptop is probably a 920m, which is not sufficient. I would suggest an upgrade to a desktop or a gaming laptop. Either that or go for Far Cry 3.
