Hi,

I just bought an Asus v230ic AIO with Win 10 preinstalled. I installed win8.1, but after running driver booster, everything except the internal speakers worked. When I plug in some headphones, the sound works fine, but when I unplug them, there is no sound. I have tried to reinstall the drivers, but without success. What can I do, to make the internal speakers work again?


I am not quite sure, if I have placed the question the correct place (sorry)

Only Windows 10 is supported on that model.

Asus have not released any Windows 8/8.1 drivers for it so you'll have to factory restore to Windows 10.
You should always check the PC manufacturer's website for available drivers before changing the OS.

Using software like Driver Booster is not the recommended method for obtaining the correct drivers when you know the make & the model, as you do.

Look here, you can see only Windows 10 64-bit is supported:
