Hello guys first of all I hope you all have a nice weekend.I bought a new pc and I want to pair it with a good gpu.I am between the gtx 970 g1 gaming or the r9 390 sapphire nitro.I am playing on 1080p screen 60hz and I plan to keep my new card for atleast 2 years.I don't care much about power consumption I just want the most bang for my buck.I also don't plan to overclock much.Games I play most are h1z1 and lol but I want to play AAA titles just like witcher 3 aswell :)
Gtx 970 costs 380 euros
R9 390 costs 375 euros

Rest of my build is:
I7 6700k CPU
Asus pro gaming z170 motherboard
Hyper x 8gb ddr4 2800 ram
Corsair cx750m PSU
coolermaster mastercase CASE

I also hope those cards fit in my case because they are big

DirectX12 will help a lot in modern games. A GTX 970 is the king of 1080P and will urn all games @ 1080P high settings. All AMD cards are very power hungry & consume a lot of power, so if you live in a place where you have limited wattage, stay away from them. That GTX 970 G1 Gaming should last a while for your uses and right now, is the best bang-for-your-buck GPU currently available on the market. That PSU should actually be fine unlike what @okcnaline stated, but it won't be as efficient as other PSU's. If you want an efficient PSU get one that is Gold rated and from a major brand to ensure quality.

I am really greatfull of the time you spent to reply but I've seen in youtube that when dx12 will come out the 390 will be same as 980 but I don't know how sure that is.I don't have a wattage problem btw :)
