FPS problems with Fx 6300 and r9 380 4gb!

Hardware:
GPU: R9 380 4gb
CPU: FX 6300
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
PSU: EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR
RAM: 8 gb

The problem is that when i play arma even on low settings I barely reach 20-30 fps. I have no clue why it is so low as i thought the r9 380 can help increase this but it stays at 20-30 fps...

Arma is a super cpu intensive game and runs like crap on AMD processors. Although your fps probably shouldnt be this low. Uninstall the amd drivers using their cleanup tool thing, then restart and reinstall the drivers
