Would this be good to run CS:GO, H1Z1, Minecraft, etc while recording / streaming?

So I'm looking at building a new PC. Some of the specs I'm looking into are as follows

Processor - 3.8 GHz FX-4300
RAM - 8GB DDR3
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce GT730 (2GB)

Just a base, but i know what i'd need to add to make it function and stuff. My question is, around how much FPS should i be running with this with/without recording/streaming? I want to hit around 120fps on these games playing at Medium/High settings while recording. Would this do the job? (Probably super redundant. I'm running off of 3 hours of sleep xD)

Thank you for everyone's time

Don't even consider gaming on this... :pfff:

Buy preowned. Q6600, LGA775 DDR3 motherboard, 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, a GTX 660, a decent case and PSU would set you back about the same amount as all the components right now.

this is a poor choice. almost everyone on here, i can safely assume, would recommend saving more money to get a decent graphics card. anything below a gtx 750 is just a waste of money and will disappoint basically any real video game enthusiast
