Can I run Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on these specs?

Hi, I have a pretty old pc, my specs are:
intel core i3 3200 3.3ghz
8gb ram
msi h61-p31/w8 motherboard
my old gpu is not alive anymore so i think ill buy a new one, i've been thinking about the evga gtx750ti sc 2gb and also i think i should get a new psu.
my question is, can my mobo and cpu run this gpu? and that power supply should i buy?
please answer this means alot to me!

yep you'll be able to run it, alright. but how "well" is up to your perception of a "playable" game. it's hard to say if your PSU will be able to handle the card since you didn't tell us what PSU you have. but basically any PSU can handle a 750ti

hi, thank you for your answer. i have an old power supply and therefore i am planning on getting a new one.
another question is, will this cpu+gpu can run the game on atleast high settings ? around 50-60 fps?

you have to open the computer up and physically look at the model of PSU. did you build this computer yourself or was it a pre-built computer? most likely its a poor quality power supply but should still easily power a gtx 750ti with probably no problems

will it be able to run cod bo3 on high settings at around 50-60fps? i want to buy the gpu so it will not burn in a few weeks of use...

that depends on what graphics settings/resolution you want to play it with.

you Will get around 60 fps at medium setting with fxaa and 1080p resolution. I just watched a video and i can send you the link if you want cuz idk if we can post it here
the bare minimum for a gtx 750ti is 350w and using that psu would be little risky and my own computer restarts when playing heavy games even though i have 400w psu with a hd 4550!!!!

I'm running an
I7 4770
Gtx 970 factory clocked
16gb ddr3 ram
512gb ssd
2tb 7200rpm hdd all on a 330w psu (power brick) for my aloenware x51... many peoele say it's not enough power to run it but I haven't had any problems in over 6 months
