H100i fan screws just spin, wont tighten or come out.

The radiator housing is usually aluminum and over-tightening the screws that holds the fan to them (or the radiator to the case, for that matter, may lead to stripping the threads as you found out.
You can Google "how to remove a stripped screw" or you can try and pull them out by force.
