I bought an asus strix gtx 970 graphics card a few months ago and whenever I launch or alt+tab a game it does this weird glitchy thing not always but every now and again, I've reinstalled graphic drivers and tried taking it out and putting it back in but it still does this, is this just a normal thing or is this an issue? heres a video of it happening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZ9Ze462p6w
