I dont thinks so because the datas aren't gone so then i tried to load windows from my disc drive to see if i can install windows in ssd but i can't even see the dvd drive in boot option menu of bios please help me quickly if you can for god sake PLEASE.

Hey there, Benchmarck.

The BIOS update should not affect the data on the drive in any way everything should still be there. Is the SSD recognized by the BIOS (as it sounds like the optical drive is not)?
You could try reconnecting the SSD and the OD or try them out with different cables, to see if they pop-up in your BIOS and if you're able to boot properly afterwards. If that doesn't help, I'd suggest that you try resetting your BIOS, to see if that fixes things up.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how it goes.
