Hi, I recently attempted to update my antivirus and midway through I bluescreened. Since then I can connect to my router, however it says that I have no internet access. I'm able to access the internet through all other devices on the network however. I attempted to use a system restore but it gives me an error message saying my antivirus could be preventing it from working properly (even though It has been disabled since the bluescreen mid update). I cant think of what could be causing the problem so any insights would be appreciated, thanks.
