My budget is $1,350. I'm a kid who is turning 13 on the 25th and I just want a nice performing desktop compared to the price. My GPU on my current laptop doesn't work and I felt like its time is up so I'm considering a new PC. So give some Options and Experiences as the Category I put it in. Thank you for your time and help with my option for a new computer.
(Bring into consideration I need to buy a computer desk and a monitor.)
BUDGET UPDATE: I have decided on a SUS VG248QE - 24" 3D LCD Monitor with Speakers - Full HD FullHD that can range from $249 online to $277 nearby.

Oh, your budget already went up while I was looking! What is your primary use? Gaming? Are you in the USA? If so, I would look at the Dell outlet where you can really get a lot for your money. Sign up for discount outlet coupons on email, and follow the Dell outlet on Twitter, and Facebook. I would look for a Haswell there, perhaps an i7-4790 or i7-4790K or i5-4690k. Another option would be Costco where I would look for a i5 or i7 Haswell or Skylake. You can also keep an eye on Slickdeals.net in the hot deals section, subset computers- good deals are frequently posted there.

I actually quite like the Dell XPS 8900 it has nice reviews and its in my budget range. I was thinking at the start of this for a Alienware X51 but I have heard the Dell XPS 8900 is better. Anyway thanks for reading.
