No. A Z170 motherboard is for a Skylake generation CPU. You either need a i5-6600K or a Z97 motherboard. Memory is different between the generations. Z170 needs DDR4 and a Z97 uses DDR3. pcpartspicker.com can help you find only compatible combinations.

First thing first: a z170 mobo is LGA 1151, which means that it cannot house the i5 4690k which is LGA 1150. You need a z97 board.
Second thing: what RAM is that? the LGA 1150 supports DDR/DDR2/DDR3, so if it's DDR4 it will not work.
I would also try and get a little bit of a better GPU than a 970, but that is entirely up to you.
