Solution
If you still have problems, try making sure the RAM is installed correctly and in the right slots. It your MB has black and grey slots, make sure the RAM is installed in the black ones or the one closest to the cpu, then the 3rd one (since it looks like you have 2). Make sure the fans work, and lights on the MB. Once you turn it on, there should be a bunch of lights that will flash then turn off and a couple should stay on. If there are red ones that stay on, that could be a problem (consult the MB manual)

Make sure the TV is on the right HDMI input (i'm sure you already checked) maybe use a VGA cable. If there is no OS I think you have to press F2 (or delete) to go to the BIOS otherwise nothing will display...I think. When I built my PC and there was no OS and I tried to see if it displayed, nothing was showing until I pressed F2.

Does a logo at least show? (ASUS, MSI, HP something like that)

So there's no video signal, keyboard doesn't power up, do fans spin? I don't know if it would be a motherboard problem because if it was (I'm not motherboard professional btw) I don't think the PC would even power up. It could be a ram issue which I believe is one of the causes for video output problems, but then again you said your keyboard wasn't powering. Do you know it doesn't power? Like no CAPS key lights or num lock lights?

Once again I'm no proper professional but sometimes I can come to the right conclusion.

Yeah, still no image. I've tried basically everything at this point. The mobo doesn't have an HDMI port to test but I've checked and re-checked that everything is plugged in. All the fans start up, LEDs come on, and the mobo is fresh out of the box so I doubt it's faulty. Really confused at this point. Any wild shots in the dark for me? Maybe the HDD being a hybrid? I have no idea what could be happening.

Just because the MoBo is new out of the box it doesn't mean it works though, you could have shorted it, or it could have a faulty cpu pin or something. Chances are slim, but, I really don't know what else to do. I dooubt the HDD would be much of a problem though.
If everything starts up, that's is good, so PSU shouldn't be the problem, nor would HDD, monitor/tv good to check if the connection is good for them in case the monitor/T.V has a faulty/broken connector, memory motherboard ram and CPU are all the things that could make this horrible problem.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKhCQmKAmEM I watched a bit of this video. Watch it through to make sure or see if anything here will help you fix the problem. Since I can't be with your PC hands on a hammer stuff around, it'll be up to you.
