Screen Freezes, GPU Power Goes Down to 10%

This happens mostly when I play video games, sometimes when I watch YouTube, and sometimes even when I'm basically idling. It just happened right now, as I'm typing this. My screen freezes, my audio loops (only on one program, which is strange), and on MSI Afterburner my GPU power goes down to about 10%. It unfreezes after about 3-50 seconds, and it's becoming more and more frequent. GPU temp stays at around 70 degrees Celsius (when I'm in-game). I am using a GTX 770. Can someone please give me a fix for this?

Do you have the latest drivers installed?

Have you started seeing this out of nowhere or have you done anything to it?

I made sure to install the latest drivers, and I don't think I did anything that caused this. It started happening about two weeks ago, pretty much out of nowhere. Also, this video card is only about half a year old, just like all the other parts in my PC.

I have no idea why, but this just randomly stopped happening. Now it works perfectly. Weird.
