I know these two cooling styles are the exact oposite, but which is better? Negative or positive pressure? I don't care about the dust build up. Thanks

Solution
1-3c difference at best. but by using neutral or negative pressure you will get dust build up quicker which will negate any temp advantages. positive pressure is best.
Jay at Jayz2cents is a very smart guy when it comes to this and he generally uses positive pressure.

*It is NOT such a simple question though, because you can have a difference in IDLE usage to when fans spin up under load.

Having said that, it's generally insignificant as said to temperature which makes basically NO DIFFERENCE for gaming usually, though generally you optimize for where the temperature bottleneck would be (such as a side intake fan for hot GPU cards or whatever).

Summary:
A couple good case fans spinning roughly the same speed (at least one intake, one exhaust) is usually just fine for most people. If you have a high-end system then you need to get specific especially if water cooling is included.
