Will this ram fit in a G41MT-S2PT?

Maybe....didn't see a model number but at present Kingston doesn't make any DDR3 that is compatible with the socket 775 mobos, all their current lines of DRAM are made with high density memory ICs (like everybody else), for socket 775 you need older lines of sticks made with low density memory ICs like those used in the GSkill NT line of value DRAM. If you can get the actual model # from the company can PM KingstonHQ (their forum rep) to confirm if compatible or not. Not all DDR3 is the same, see my article, item 1, here:

Should it work? Sure. Should you bother doing it? Probably not. Considering your motherboard's possible CPUs, adding more memory probably won't help you with whatever is the issue.

My suggestion, skip the memory and add that cash to your pool for a new computer in a year or two.
