FPS isn't as good as expected, do I have a bottleneck?

So me and my friend play the same games on pretty much the same settings and his rig is out-performing mine and I was thinking maybe my rig has a bottleneck somewhere and wanted to find out if it was true.

My rig:
Intel i7 3930k 6cores @ 4.2 ghz
GTX Titan 6GB
16GB DDR3 Ram

Friend's rig:
Intel i7 5820k 6cores @ 4.5 ghz
GTX 970 4GB GDDR5
16GB DDR4 ram

We both run the games on SSDs.

I just want to know if it's worth buying another Titan for SLI or if a new rig should be considered with a newer generation board and GFX cards.

both on 1080p, H1Z1 and The Division.

I get:
100-110 on H1Z1 with custom medium graphics config
45-60 on The Division on ultra

Friend gets:
110-200 on H1Z1 but I think he has lower settings than me
60+ constant on The Division on Ultra
