Which one should I get for gaming? (Play modern games on the lowest)
Q8400+750ti

or

G1840 + Intel Graphics
I am also not be planning to upgrade maybe until 5+ years. (and If choose G1840, I am probably not going to upgrade and I'm scared that if a choose the Q8400, It will cause bottleneck)

Solution
Out of these options I would go with the Q8400+750ti. However, neither of these are going to be great gaming PCs and doubt they will last 5 years.

Can you tell us all your current components, what games you want to play now and in future and what is your budget?

Thanks

Well, I need to but problem is It needs to be very cheap.
One has to be $300AUD($211) and another $400AUD($282).

We can help you choose the best parts for your budget but you need to tell us what your maximum budget is (300 or 400?).

You also need to tell us what games you want to play, so we can pick suitable parts so the PC runs those games.

Finally you need to give us a full list of all the parts you have just now, so we can see if you can use any of them in your new build and help us pick the parts that are compatible with what your have.

Install speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy

This will tell you what CPU, Motherboard, graphics card & RAM you have. We also need to know what case you have and what power supply you have.

Until we have that information it is really difficult for us to give you good advice.

I think you will be struggling to build anything decent for gaming with that budget if you need to buy everything new. Your best bet may be to buy a pre built PC (probably won't be great) or buy second hand parts.
