R7 370 issues

I put together my new pc today installed all my updates and did all my drives and an noticing a large frame drop even though I upgraded nearly everything in my system I've done the basic checks updates all that but no improvement

Specs:
AMD R7 370 XFX (4 gig)
AMD FX-8320E 8 core 3.2 clock
8 gigs ddr 3 ram
EVGA 650 watt PSU (gold)
MSI 970 gaming mother board

Your system looks fine. How are you updating the drivers of your R7 370 graphics card? And in which games are you experiencing these frame drops?

I originally downloaded my drivers from the disk then updated them from there apps or websites and the only games I've tested are cs:go(dropped from 150 on old system too 70) and modded minecraft (dropped from 90-100 on old to 16-30 on new)

Ya sorry it took me a couple days to respond trying what you said and other things didn't help idk still tring to figure out whats going on with it
