GPU decision problem

Hello guys ,
as the tittle says ... i cant decide what gpu to buy
my pc specs are :
gigabyte motherboard B75M_D3H
Intel core i5 3470
550W power supply
Monitor 1050p

I am planning to buy a GTX 960 but i dont know if this gpu will be compitible with my motherboard and ok with my power supply ...... except that i dont know if i should buy 4gb or 2gb versions ... and if i should buy oc mode or not !!! thanks a lot for your time !!!!!!

I would possibly recommend an r9 380, its a better price to performance than the 960. If you want to go green team (nvidia) i would say definitely 4gb and if you are not interested in overclocking manually, go for "oc mode", it should make it so they overclock it for the best performance out of the factory. aces19 is wrong about bottlenecking, there will not be any with your cpu. Have a good one :)

my power supply is 550W .....the only reason i dont want amd is because i hear that they are often problematic (dont knkow if its true) .... i really appreciate your help guys!!!!!!!!
