RAM - Motherboard Compability

I have this motherboard MSI B85-G41 PC Mate,and i want to buy this ram 8 GB DDR3 1866MHz Kingston Pack it is 2x4gb pack,i was wondering if it is compatible.

When installing new DRAM the mobo will normally take it to it's default (here 1333), then you'll have to either try setting it to 1866 (doubtful on this mobo) or manually set to 1600, if any problems give us a shout, we'll try some timing/voltage adjustments

And can you tell me how to downclock, or will the motherboard do it automatically.
