I need help building my PC, I was going to buy an alienware. But that seems to not be the best option. This will be my first one I am building. So I am a bit of a amateur.

My budget is 1,200$ I want to be able to play games like gta/arma 3 on ultra with a good FPS.

Is OS included?

This can be considerd for 1080p gaming , without the OS.
You can go with cheaper CPU if you don't want to overclock, i5 6500 in this case can be considered with a cheaper h170 board and excluded aftermarket heatsink.
